im 18 and this is my first time withdrawing money from my bank what do i need to have with me? and if ive been having a direct deposit sent to my account, would that be in my savings or checking?|||Direct deposit usually goes to your checking account, but it depends on which account number you put on you direct deposit request form.
You need, at the very least, an official form of identification. Having your account number and a withdrawal slip (they're at the bank) help. You should request a debit card--then you won't have to worry about going to the bank, you can just use the card or go to any ATM.|||when you started the direct deposit, you must have given them a bank number, so it can be either your savings or checking account. If your work asked you for a voided blank check, then it's in your checking account. To withdraw money, you may just need your check/ debit card. otherwise, all you need is an id and the account number.|||if its a savings you need to know your acct. no. and have a picture id.

deposit or with drawl slips in the back of each check book and have a picture id. if you don't know your number its printed on each check. when you filled out the form for direct deposit you should have designated
