Withdraw money from bank?

So I have this "Bank of America Student Bank Account", which is basically "owned" by my dad, but all the information for the account is mine. So for example, my dad can withdraw and deposit money from the account in cash, and I can view it online to see how much money I have in the account at a given time. If I walk into the bank with my name, and a couple forms of ID, will I be able to withdraw money from the account, because it's mine? Or can only my dad do that because he "owns" the account? I'm 15 years old.|||~~There is no real owner of an account. Your Dad had to sign because if you are under 18 you are not able to sign any agreements which the bank requires for their protection.

So your account has two signers; you and your dad. You both have equal access to it, have all the same rights, and wither of you can close it without the others consent.

So yes you can access it online and you can withdraw your money, you have equal rights to this account.~~|||If you want to be treated like a grownup, YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE ONE.

Walk into the bank and ASK THEM.
