Can't Withdraw and access balance inquiry from the Bank of America ATM (!?)?

Yesterday! my parents wire-transfer me $3000. I check it online this morning; it is processing. I used an ATM to withdraw some cash, First time, it let me withdraw 200$ (I have 100$ before wire transferring). Second attempt, I withdraw another 200$ it shows a notification that notify me to withdraw with smaller amount. And I cant' event withdraw anymore money. I wonder if that 3000$ is already in my account yet? If not, does the bank charge me an overdrafting fee? After that I deposit the money i just withdraw, and try to access the balance, but it doesn't let me to.


Thanks for helping me answer this question|||Usually ATM's have a daily limit for withdrawal, and often times that is only $200.








Go see the teller and have her withdraw the cash and hand it to you...
