Im in debt to my Checking Account, can I just use my savings account?

I was written (2) hot check(s) for my work, NOW I owe the bank of america a negative balance $100 because that is what I withdrew at the time. The rest of the money never made it into the account so I don't owe any more than the 100 I withdrew at that time. Can I use my savings account instead and deposit money there and take a fresh start until I get my checking account issue resolved.|||~~You are going to have the savings account debited by BofA if it is with them. Leaving a negative checking account balance for more than a couple of weeks will get you in trouble. If they can't recover the ir money, they enter you into the CHEX system, report it on your credit and you wont be able to cash a check or open another account anywhere.

Then they start collections which adds more fees, take you to court and will get a judgment to garnish your wages, attach any bank accounts you have, whatever it is going to take to get their money!~~|||No.
