Need advise, being accused of money laundering by my bank and employer?


I work At this bank as a part time teller while I finish school and wholesale 1 to 2 cars month trying to pay for school. Recently I got a wire from A car business in Dubai that's close family friend to purchase cars from here and ship there. The first wire was for 10k coming into my Personal account, the money wasn't enough so they wire another 5k. So I had withdraw 7150 cash to purchase the cars from the auction and 4990 check to purchase 3 cars for the same person that wired the money into my account. So recently my bank security called me in to investigate what is all these activities on my account.I also withdraw 5650 cash to purchase my engagement ring same time I withdraw the 7150 cash. so they are assuming I am money laundering from all these withdraws and deposits when this is the first wire that was into my account and had to withdraw for the items purchased. The cars were purchased and ship to Dubai to the same person that wired me the money. I have receipts of the all 3 cars purchased and the dock receipt to the same company that wired me the money which includes the cars details and the address of the company. I submitted all these receipts to the bank to show them that I am not trying to money laundry or anything. They took my badge and told me I'm on a temporary administration leave.they said they would call me but it has been a day since i haven't got any calls. I'm just a student that lives a normal life working hard trying to finish school and do everything the right a safe way to make a buck to pay for school. I need advise of what to do? How can they think this is money laundry? Can I sue the bank for false accusation of money laundry? Any advise will help please!|||Gstat

Make sure you keep copies PERMANENTLY for your records. You are working in an environment that is constantly monitoring you. Appearances are everything.
