Here is also a nice review of full tilt poker which I think you will find helpful prior to signing up. http://www.thepokerfish.com/reviews/full鈥?/a>|||Hi John,
1) I'm in Melbourne. I use my CBA card via POLI without any issues. I understand ANZ is the same.
2) The rules are flexible. You can withdraw as often as you like and as much as you like. Of course you can always deposit as often as you like, the poker rooms love that. When you first start off the limits are small but you just ask if you would like them increased. For example, my current limits for withdrawal as $50 minimum and $40k Maximum.
3) If you use POLI or Neteller then it is instantly deposited. Withdrawing takes a little more time because they like to check the money.
In addition, when you first sign up you should consider a few other things. Initially you will have to submit a copy of photo ID and utility bill with Full Tilt Poker to ensure you are a real person and over 18. This can sometimes hold up withdrawing so get onto it quickly.
Secondly, make sure you sign up with a rakeback provider to get maximum bonuses. We offer $600 first deposit bonus, 27% rakeback for your entire poker career and $10k in rake races monthly. The first time you sign up is crucial to secure a solid bonus plan. Check out our site for more info.
Best of luck at the tables.

Rakeback Power|||Not that simple man...
First you need to deposit in a online bank (its how ftp works they use a "middle man")
I suggest you go to FTP website and ask them questions and not believe people answering on Y!A... because you are talking about your bank details here...
What i do is i have a seperate bank account for moving money to and from the internet... then after that i move that to another bank account... which if anyone looking online would not know about... plus you can have as many bank accounts as you want...
To deposit withdraw online at FTP... first you need to deposit in a online bank... eg i use NETTELLER very safe... you can use your debit card to deposit in there... after that your funds will be transfered to your netteller account... from there you open FTP and and select make a deposit and you enter your netteller details...
FTP is strange they will only let you withdraw monies the same way you deposit it... eg if you use... ummm not sure what the other thing is called "paypal"? you can only withdraw through paypal... also remember that FTP has a 100% bonus up to $600... meaning if you deposit that much you have like 3-4months (from memory) to earn 10,000 ftp points so like if your playing 1/2cent you'd probably make 1ftp point a hour... 1ftp = 1dollar in rake paid... every 15cents in a pot 1cent goes to rake...
Also check promotions for other offers which can double your bankroll...
Also if you have a friend who already plays there... try getting a referral bonus... look that up... you can earn like a extra $100 but it includes you playing and earning some FTP Points (which are rake paid
